Donna Poulidis  (Δόμνα Δήμητρα Πουλíδη), was born and raised in Toronto Canada to Greek immigrant parents. Her ties to Greece run much deeper than this. With a grandfather who was a natural-born healer, and is still fondly remembered in the town of Afitos in Chalkidiki to this day, to yearly summer trips visiting her ancestral land since she was 9 months old, developing deep bonds and ties to this sacred place. Donna always felt a calling to live in Greece, and this became reality in 2017.  After the sudden loss of her husband to cancer in 2014, becoming a young widow, her son being only 6 years old at the time, life instantly turned a complete 180 degrees.  She knew there was a divine reason for this all, and it would take some years for it all to fully unfold and reveal itself.

Donna has been involved in the wellness world as a practitioner for over two and a half decades, beginning her career in personal training, weight lifting, and then transitioning to yoga and meditation as therapeutic modalities for healing. Having completed intensive courses in Rapid Transformational Therapy, Master Life Coaching and Master Usui Reiki during the period of 2019-2023, Donna felt a calling forth to fulfil a mission and vision of bringing healing to humanity. 

Donna has trained in trauma release protocols, embodiment, somatics, breathwork, inner child work, and more. She has been professionally functioning as a Meditation facilitator, Hatha and Vinyasa Yogi, and Rapid Transformational Therapy practitioner in workplace wellness and in private personalized sessions. 

She is the founder of Ethéra, wellness and longevity centres located across Greece, focusing on technologies that enhance our vitality and increase our lifespan. Donna is a mother of one amazing son and her rescue dog Rocky and rescue cat Loulou. She lives in Kalamaria, Thessaloniki, and travels to the Ethéra centers to serve as many people as possible with the benefits of healing protocols and modalities.

Donna spends her days serving her mission, vision and purpose of bringing healing modalities to people across Greece and soon internationally, with a mission to affect more than 5 million lives before 2030. Why? She believes, "Everyone deserves pristine health. It is our birthright and it is our time to reclaim that right."
