Service Description
A physical, self-awareness, empowerment and liberation women's gathering. How do I stand on Earth? This question may be simple but at the same time complicated. My footprint on the Earth defines my whole being, my life. The more conscious, the more grounded and centered I am. The Earth is my connection to the great Mother, to the Womb. What does grounding mean? Grounding is one of the most important elements of life as a human being and as a Woman. Grounding is the contact with the element of Earth, with matter, the reconciliation of my being with the energy of the Earth. The more I am inside my body, I feel me, I observe me, take care of me, nurture me, love me, the more I can expand outside of it and become All, One, Transcendent being. To get there first I have to fully experience the elements within me (Earth, Water, Fire, Air), I have to become the elements so I can understand what I am made of along with my flesh and matter. Being inside my body, I can heal myself, with the wonderful self-healing powers I have, I can find the root causes my blockages, change my beliefs and expand my consciousness. Being inside my body I can control and reprogram my mind. I can feel, sense, experience my wonderful existence in the eternal Now. Being in my body I own my Power. The purpose of our meetings is to connect with the Earth, with the Body-Energy and with the Elements within us, to strengthen our Feminine energy, our root and to embody the Spirit, to bring our whole being into the here and now, yet experience the pause, the stop, the immobility, the timeless. The techniques I use is a compose through the body, breath, music, voice, meditation, energy therapy. With acceptance, understanding and love, joy, trust and play, embracing every woman's path.
