Healing Chakra Meditation is a unique, guided, grounding and self-healing meditation through the main Chakras of the body, shared by Dr. Gregory Antyuhin, a spiritual teacher, healer, shaman and medical intuitive. Into the times we live in, we have forget our connection with Mother Earth, the exchange of energy with her, which is happening from our feet, thus the connection with Father Heaven, from the head or crown. If we stop and observe how we feel under the feet, what sensations we have maybe we understand that there is something really special there. As we are connected with the Great Mother, we can heal ourselves easier through the energy she gives us. This energy is nurturing, caring, warm, healing and we can send it focused on specific parts of our body. The Chakras are energy wheels beyond our material existence and exchange energy throughout our environment we live in. Each chakra is connected to specific arias of the body and specific psychological or emotional expressions we have, such us phobias, fears, traumas but also the positive ones. Working with one chakra the time helps us to understand where our blockages are, where there are stored negative emotions, negative beliefs or traumas. Through visualization we can transform, release and let go these energies from our system and activate the chakras. Also, working with the 5 elements, 4 directions, past/future, divine feminine/masculine and techniques of forgiveness, cutting energy cords, setting healthy boundaries, helps to align with our true self, be centered in everyday life, find spirituality. So, empower, balance, energy cleansing, activating and reprogramming comes by applying a very simple method which you will be taught doing by yourself whenever you feel. It is a meditation technique with shamanic roots, combined by sharing knowledge of the chakras and helps exploring your own way to mediation, grounding and self-healing.
