The more consciously I approach this connection, the more grounded and centered I become. The Earth is my link to the Great Mother, the source of creation, and to the sacred Womb from which life emerges.

What is grounding?

Grounding is one of the most essential elements of a woman. It signifies a deep connection with the Earth, the physical element of matter, and the reconciliation of the being with the Earth's energy.
