COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA – PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
Upon arrival at the Ethéra center for metabolic, nutritional, and complementary therapies, and prior to the start of services, the following information is collected:

Full name, father's name, age, gender, occupation, physical and email address, contact phone number, visit dates, and any other essential information relevant to the provision of services at the center.

The reasons for the visit and the purchase of services from Ethéra, including details of the client’s mental and physical condition that are necessary for selecting the appropriate health services.
Maintaining and updating this information at each visit is a legal obligation of the administrators under Article 12 of Presidential Decree 39/2009 and is retained for ten (10) years from the client's last visit.
The processing of the above information is necessary for verifying the client's identity, enabling communication, issuing tax documents, identifying service needs, and monitoring physical health.
DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
Throughout the period during which Ethéra IKE holds and processes your personal data, you have the following rights:

Right to be informed about your personal data upon request to the controller (Articles 13–14 of the Regulation)

Right of access to your personal data (Article 15)

Right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data (Articles 16, 19)

Right to restriction of processing (Article 18): You may request that we restrict the processing of your data.

Right to object to the processing and to automated decision-making, especially profiling (Articles 21, 22)

Right to erasure if the data is no longer necessary (“Right to be Forgotten” – Article 17)

Right to data portability (Article 20)
Your personal data will never be disclosed to third parties who do not have an employment or service agreement with Ethéra IKE.

DATA DISCLOSURE
Access to the personal data file is not permitted to third parties, except in cases explicitly provided for by law.
Ethéra has implemented all necessary security measures using secure and legal software and appropriate security credentials to protect your data.
For health service purposes only, Ethéra may send messages by phone or email to remind clients of scheduled visits. In some cases, collaborators may process relevant personal data without requiring prior special notification of the client.
Third parties who receive the client’s personal data are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.
