Chakra Energy Work is a unique guided practice based on shamanic techniques that focuses on grounding and self-healing through the body's main chakras. In the fast-paced times we live in, many have lost touch with our deep connection to Mother Earth and the natural energy exchange that flows from her through our feet, and with Father Heaven, which we connect to through the crown of our head. By pausing and tuning into the sensations beneath our feet, we may begin to understand the profound importance of this connection. Through our bond with Mother Earth, we can facilitate healing by drawing on her nurturing, warm, and healing energy, which can be directed toward specific areas of our body in need. The chakras, or energy centers, extend beyond our physical existence and are constantly interacting with the environment around us. Each chakra is associated with particular areas of the body as well as specific emotional and psychological expressions, such as phobias, fears, traumas, and positive emotions. Working on a single chakra at a time allows us to identify blockages, release stored negative emotions, and address limiting beliefs or past traumas. Through visualization techniques, these energies can be transformed and released, allowing the chakras to be activated and brought into balance. The practice also incorporates working with the five elements, the four directions, concepts of past and future, divine feminine and masculine energies, as well as techniques such as forgiveness, cutting energy cords, and setting healthy boundaries.
